Hi I am Sutti, Chef Owner & Founder of 1O1 Thai Kitchen in London, Anissa's Thai Kitchen and Richmond Thai Kitchen. 1O1 Thai Kitchen being one of the UK’s longest serving Isaan specialist restaurants. A true Isaan by birth, I am also very proud to be one of the first pioneers in making Isaan food accessible to Thai expats and mainstream diners in London.

So please join me, in one of the UK’s first Thai Chef’s Table of its kind, as I take you through a fun and exciting culinary adventure. Enjoy a 5 course themed dinner where I’ll introduce you to new exciting and unique dishes, enjoyed by Thai people worldwide, but are rarely seen in your average UK Thai restaurants.
